Diane works in Reading Monday to Friday and Saturday morning in Reading, Fay works in Wokingham Monday to Thursday between 9.30 am and 8 pm and Friday between 10am and 1 pm and Michaela works on Monday during the daytime and evening and on Tuesday during the day in Crowthorne. It would be very helpful if you had an idea of which days and times would work best for you when you contact us so we can match up our availability with yours'. We all work face to face and via Zoom.

Having read our profiles you may feel that one of us is particularly well suited to work with the situation you are in. If this is the case, you will find our individual contact details below.

However, it may be that you feel any of us could provide counselling to address the issues you are facing in your relationship. If this is the case, please contact all of us and one of us will aim to offer you an appointment within a week. If you would like a brief chat about the way we work , please don't hesitate to contact us by phone, text or email.

We aim to respond to your contact within 24 working hours. Sometimes our emails seem to end up in people's junk folders, so if you contact us by email and don't seem to receive a reply, please check your junk folder!

The first appointment is about meeting the counsellor and to give you the opportunity to see how counselling might be helpful in your situation. If regular counselling is agreed as the way forward, you will be able to agree when this will start at the first session. Or you may like to have some time to think about whether or not you would like to start ongoing counselling. Sessions don't have to be at the same time each week.
